MORE THAN LEARNING A BREATHING TECHNIQUE
Learning the breath is one part.
Learning how to be with people is another.
Breath of Life is an eight-month experiential facilitator training exploring the breath, the art of facilitation, and the self-awareness we believe this work asks of us.
You’ll learn different ways of working with the breath, including Conscious Connected Breathing, while developing the awareness, judgement and facilitation skills to know when to guide, when to adapt, when to slow down — and when to simply stay present.
The training brings together breath, physiology, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed practice, ethics, embodiment and the lived experience of working with people.
