Nigel Meadows
Breathwork & Sound Healing Practitioner
Nigel is a dedicated wellness practitioner with over fifteen years of experience, specialising in Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Healing. His path began through physical health and movement, where he soon recognised the deep interconnection between the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
Through his own transformative experiences, Nigel discovered the profound impact of breathwork and vibrational healing in navigating challenge and rediscovering authenticity. These practices became a pathway home – to presence, resilience, and inner harmony – and now form the heart of his work with others.
Nigel has trained extensively in the field, completing multiple breathwork certifications including Advanced Breathwork Practitioner Training, Integrative Breath, and Yoga Body Breath Coach. He is also certified in the Oxygen Advantage method, trained in Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) bodywork, and is currently deepening his understanding of trauma and compassion through Compassionate Inquiry with Dr Gabor Maté.
His sound healing expertise is supported by numerous trainings and a twelve-month diploma programme focused on therapeutic client work. Nigel has facilitated in diverse environments – from private sessions and workshops to retreats and corporate settings – weaving breath, sound, and somatic awareness to create spaces for profound self-connection and release.
Nigel’s approach empowers individuals to access their own innate healing intelligence, cultivating balance, emotional regulation, and an authentic relationship with self and life.
Craig has been facilitating for individuals, groups, retreats, festivals and events for over a decade and teaching breathwork for more than 7 years. With an original background in Personal Training, this evolved into an strong interest of psychology, mental health and optimal human functioning. After a first Meditation session at a Buddhist centre many years ago, a deep love and passion for Eastern Teachings, alternate maps of Psychology, exploring consciousness and direction and mastery over of one's own energy became a driving force for Craig. Studying under Stanislov Grof with Transpersonal Psychology & completing courses in Jungina Analysis along side taking part in many retreats for meditation, plant medicines, dream work and self healing, Craig found Breathwork which became another pivotal point in his life. Having a revelationary experience with breathwork, he recognised the incredible healing ability and method for self exploration that the breath has for any human and he sees it as the most accessible tool and a birth right for all to use and create a deep relationship with which helps us not only heal but access depths of our unconscious.
